2.3 Identity Verification

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 10x wagering requirement applies. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Misuse of bonuses (for example: through multiple accounts, under a different identity, or by exploiting the system) will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• geta9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, geta9's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

geta9's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, and Platinum — up to 1.2%. Based on your activity, you can gradually advance to a higher tier. VIP benefits are governed by separate program terms.

All users must follow the rules below while playing games on geta9:

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or error in the game system is prohibited. Report any such issues to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players or attempting to win through dishonest means is prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues
